Our clients' products are found in popular stores such as Whole Foods, Walmart, Amazon, Costco, Target, and Sprouts. All our products are crafted in our state-of-the-art innovation and manufacturing facility near Philadelphia, PA.

Our founding team still runs the day to day operations and maintains full control of the company. Our approach to building the business has been an unconventional one, which has lent itself to more innovative and outside the box strategies that have allowed us to rise quickly in an outdated and archaic industry, that is the food manufacturing industry.


We have grown from a team of 3 to a team of 30+ and expect to double in size through 2025. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Product. The Director of Product will be responsible for evaluating and improving current products while leading the development and launch of new products. They will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization, ensuring products meet market demands and align with the company's strategic goals. The Director of Product will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, marketing, and sales, to bring innovative food products to market while maintaining the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimization of food products, focusing on quality, innovation, and market relevance.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and opportunities for new product development.
  • Oversee product testing, ensuring products meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to refine and enhance existing product lines.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across the company.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure all products comply with industry regulations and standards.
