The UX Design Lead will ensure that both the chatbot and web interfaces provide a seamless


1. Design Leadership:

  • Lead the UX design process from concept to completion for the AI tool.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, AI specialists, and product managers to create a cohesive and engaging user experience.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards.


2. User Research and Testing:

  • Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of different types of AI users, including end users, developers, and AI evangelists.
  • Perform usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.


3. Interaction Design:

  • Design intuitive and interactive user interfaces for both the chatbot and web UI.
  • Ensure that the chat and web interfaces are interdependent and adapt based on user interactions.


4. Prototyping and Wireframing:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.


5. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the implementation of the design aligns with the user experience vision.
  • Communicate design concepts and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.


6. User Engagement:

Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Monitor and analyze user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, UX Lead, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
