Job Details:
Shifts available: Monday - Sunday
8am - 5pm, off one day (Tues, Wed or Thurs) and must work Saturday or Sunday
11am - 8pm, off one day (Tues, Wed or Thurs) and must work Saturday or Sunday
Temp to hire opportunities
Pay: $18.00/hour, paid weekly
Benefits offered after 60 days
PTO offered after 30 days
Call Center Customer Service
Claims Representative
Responsibilities
- Process claims via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat.
- Assist customers, insurance agents and vendors with questions about claims.
- Document claim file activities in an accurately in a timely manner.
- Efficiently manage inbound and outbound tasks simultaneously.
- Display active listening and superior customer service skills for internal and external clients.
- Accurately follow scripts and guidelines assigned to client programs and campaigns.
- Remain professional and respectful to all clients and customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must own a functional cell phone or tablet for Microsoft Authentication
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing customer support including calls and email
- Must possess excellent customer service, active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient computer and keyboarding skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work in in fast-paced environment
- Must be available to commit to hours of the position and maintain good attendance.
