This digital content marketer role is ideal for someone passionate about technology marketing, thrives in a fast-paced industry, and enjoys learning new technologies. This full-stack marketer will be responsible for crafting high-quality content for email, community, social media, and web. The candidate should be highly organized, able to collaborate well in a team, and be familiar with a variety of digital marketing tools, including emerging AI tools and analytics platforms. Content creation trends and tactics are evolving, and we’re seeking someone who is hungry to stay at the forefront of digital content creation.


MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  • Someone who has B2B, SaaS, and technical audience writing
  • Writing: Exceptional writing skills for creating compelling and targeted content for developer audiences. Must be skilled in long-form writing (blogs, articles, etc.) and short-form copy (social posts, emails, ads, etc.). We’re looking for someone capable of creating unique content that stands out and drives engagement. The content you produce is high-quality and requires minimal approval cycles.
  • This person will be creating content for an audience of Developers, and they want someone who is touch with a younger audience. They are an SMB (small-medium-sized business), so they’d like someone who is used to writing in appropriate tone. They will be writing B2B content to sell their software to other businesses.
  • Social Channel Management: Skilled in managing social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, X, and Reddit, including creating trendy, shareable content and collaborating with content producers. Proficiency in social media management tools along with knowledge in social media strategy and analytics.
  • Digital Marketing: Content optimization and performance tracking.
  • 5-7 years of relevant content marketing experience with a preference for developer marketing
  • Experience with Jira for project management tasks – they will need to stay on top of all PM tasks to track deadlines/statuses, etc.
  • SEO experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent communication and a broad range of writing skills, from creative to technical.
  • People person who is comfortable reaching out to people they are unfamiliar with
  • Highly organized, yet flexible to meet business needs.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and tools, preferred.
  • Come to the table with a table with a point of view. They want someone who can help them improve in this area.

DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Write clear, high-quality copy that embodies Claris’ brand voice and leads to engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to identify and develop relevant product stories and content.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Assist in blog content strategy and execution, including feature articles and developer interviews.
  • Write copy for campaigns, launches, and nurture emails, organic social posts, Claris Community articles, landing pages, blogs, and brand events
  • Manage organic social media calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posts across platforms
  • Foster a sense of community on brand channels by actively responding to and engaging with our developer audience.
  • Edit and proofread marketing copy produced by you and the team.
  • Lead outreach efforts for backlinks, PR, influencer partnerships and more, as needed to increase our brand reach and domain authority
  • Stay up-to-date with developer trends and industry developments to ensure brand relevance.
