Property Manager
Our client, a Boston-based real estate firm, is looking for a Property Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and a strong multitasker. Prior property management or relevant administrative experience in a professional setting is required. If interested, please submit a copy of your resume today, as our client is looking to fill this role to start immediately.
Candidates must be local to the Boston/Greater Boston area for consideration as local candidates must be able to work in-office/onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant and vendor correspondences, both electronically and manually
- Aid in the recruitment process for additional administrative staff for properties
- Communicate with staff on a variety of matters, including providing information and specific responses to urgent and sensitive issues
- Review hours and timecards for employees
- Initiate, organize, and implement efficient administrative systems and processes for office management
- Assist with preparing leasing agreements, composing letters, and gathering documents pertaining to leases
- Coordinate tour details for external clients or new prospects
- Use discretion when handling confidential documents and projects
- Ensure efficient and reliable office operations by managing office equipment and technology and troubleshooting technical issues
- Work closely with department staff and external vendors to maintain and repair equipment
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of property management experience
- Ability to anticipate and resolve problems
- Communicate and interact regularly with clients, external organizations, and the public on a variety of matters
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive programs
- A strong work ethic, personal integrity, and self-motivation
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
Compensation: 70-85K
