Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Manager for our manufacturing client to start at $100K.

Responsibilities:
Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the implementation of traceability software projects and ensure adherence to quality standards. The successful candidate will manage inspection plans, maintain positive client and vendor relationships, and uphold the company’s core values of Safety, Professionalism, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement .
Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of traceability software projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Quality Planning: Review customer specifications and develop Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) tailored to customer requirements.
  • Client and Vendor Relations: Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Performance Review: Monitor employee productivity to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
  • Damage Reporting: Record and report any damage to customer-owned pipe and rebar (inbound or outbound), regardless of the source.
  • Data Maintenance: Keep a detailed database of reject rates and their causes.
  • Equipment Calibration: Maintain calibration records for all plant equipment.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Review daily reject reports and investigate to determine root causes.
  • Product Quarantine: Ensure all quarantined products are appropriately disposed of on a daily basis.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly quality reports.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update quality-related forms, manuals, and work instructions.
  • Compliance: Maintain state DOT files and ensure compliance with all applicable state certification requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departmental managers and employees to ensure adherence to company values.
  • Other Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.

This job requires you to work weekends as needed

Location: Schererville, IN

Schedule/Shift Details:
  • Day shift Monday through Friday
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred
  • ISO Certified a plus
  • 5 years’ Quality management required
  • Knowledge of various coating materials and quality testing methods and equipment required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
