Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Experimental Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and inspire. You will work closely with non-profit organizations to design and implement marketing strategies that drive awareness and support for their causes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with non-profit partners to understand their needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Organize and participate in events, community outreach programs, and other in-person marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with non-profit organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in experimental and experiential marketing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in experimental or experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
