*This is an 18 month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays*


In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing customer complaints related to money movement in federally regulated products. You will communicate via email with customers and give feedback to peers and managers in the process.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in a timely manner regarding complaints
  • Prioritize recommendations for process improvements
  • Ensure accurate documentation of complaint cases for Compliance issues


Skills:

  • Prior experience in banking of FinTech
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure
  • 2-3 years of experience with lending and/or regulatory products
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
