Global Network Analyst

Davis Monthan AFB, AZ - Full-time - Not a remote position

Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for talented and enthusiastic Global Network Analyst Liaisons who can leverage commercial tradecraft, a global network, and proprietary data sources in support of 612 Air Operations Center lines of effort such as strategic competition, targeting, counterterrorism, and counter-narcotics. This position is contingent upon GC2IT being awarded the contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage a global commercial tradecraft network to support intelligence requirements.
  • Provide on-site mentorship for all-source analysts in targeting, F3EAD, counter-illicit network analysis, counter national adversary activities, and counter weapons of mass destruction.
  • Configure, install, and train personnel on advanced social media exploitation and diligence technologies to enhance classified ISR capabilities.
  • Offer mentorship on structured analytic techniques for autonomous supplier network illumination, supplier ecosystem diligence, and supply chain analytics to support mission prosecution.
  • Develop and disseminate intelligence analytic products and assessments focused on threat network illumination, targeting, theater-based threats, and air/air defense capabilities of adversaries and partner nation forces.
  • Expertly target threat networks and mentor government personnel on human targeting tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Brief mission concepts, strategies, activities, and results to senior military leaders.
  • Craft and deliver professional, executive-level correspondence to senior military leaders.
  • Design, develop, and administer proficiency measures and tests for analytic tasks, providing training and mentorship to analysts.
  • Provide geolocation-based entity resolution solutions and commercial diligence social media exploitation solutions.
  • Author standard operating procedures for optimal analytic techniques in conjunction with solutions.
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings, conferences, symposiums, site visits, video teleconferences, teleconferences, exercises, and other professional engagements.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in commercial due diligence analysis, big data analytics, social media exploitation, and geolocation-based entity resolution for target identification.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and intelligence automation for analytical support and product development.
  • Strong briefing, teaching, and mentoring skills for guiding Government analysts in producing intelligence products and assessments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with high proficiency in all-source analytical support tools.
  • Ability to pass all pre-deployment requirements, including medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screenings.
  • Capability to obtain required immunizations per 32 CFR 158.6 guidelines.
  • Expertise in fusing intelligence from multiple disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, COMINT, IMINT, OSINT, PAI, MASINT) and conducting comprehensive targeting and vulnerability analysis.
  • Experience in targeting networks or individuals, identifying vulnerabilities, and mastering the F3EAD targeting methodology.
  • Ability to mentor and develop All Source analysts.
  • Competence in conducting short to long-term analytical studies, including target assessment, network analysis, link analysis, temporal analysis, and quantitative methods.
  • Knowledge of interagency intelligence operations; experience supporting SOF and/or counter-narcotic operations is highly desired.
  • Ability to acquire an official U.S. passport and ability to travel up to 45 days.

Eligibility:

  • Must have current U.S. DoD Security clearance at a level of Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work environment will have moderate noise when working in an office environment.
