E-Learning Designer

C2 client, a global leader in the manufacture of luxury kitchen and bath products, home electricity solutions, and hospitality properties, seeks an E-Learning Designer to create a program that will help support training of departmental product teams. Under the direction of the Product Training Program Manager, you would aid in the authoring, development and execution of training and sales tools for the North America sales and marketing teams.
Start date: As soon as they find the right person
Duration: Full-time, 6 month contract
Location: Hybrid in Kohler, WI with Tues. Wed. and Thurs. in office
Compensation: $26/hour paid bi-weekly as a W2 employee of C2

Responsibilities:
- Take developed content and convert to online learning courses using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360, back-to-basic training courses, category specific courses, and new product launches
- Manage product courses in system by creating curriculum and content journeys for sales/marketing teams
- Primary source for uploading and managing developed content to SharePoint site, Mater MS Teams site, course loading, quarterly updates to master content, schedule review times with product teams, and toolkit creation/coordination – linking to shared locations
- Partner with trade team and become expert of Vudoo to include in online learning courses
- Maintain Cross Category/training calendar by partnering with Sales Training/Event Planners
- Assist/manage/update category playbooks – partner with commercialization team
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university required
- A minimum of one year of experience creating and delivering training programs or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 Suite of products including Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Articulate highly desirable
- Strong communication (oral and written) and organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently are essential.
- A high sense of urgency as well as the ability to be flexible to meet the demands of a dynamic work environment are key to being successful in this position.
- Working knowledge of e-learning principles and e-learning authoring tools would be an asset for this position.
- Have a strong attention to detail and be able to analyze patterns in training and reporting KPIs
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well
- Have experience working and developing content curriculum in a virtual/digital training environment
- Familiar with instructional design principles and adult learning styles
