Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Project Manager in planning and coordinating all phases of construction, from initial design to final completion.
  • Developing and managing project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Assisting in budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Guarantee all projects fully comply with local building codes, regulations, and luxury quality standards specific to custom home construction in Florida.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Candidates will ideally have experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager role.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities are essential.
  • Regularly visiting the project site to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in every aspect of the build process.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and find practical solutions quickly.
