Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex project management activities, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with business process owners to identify and implement solutions to business problems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business users and IT department.
  • Analyze and resolve day-to-day technology needs of the department.
  • Develop process performance measures and assist in planning the transition to new processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
  • Review and analyze business processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
  • Develop and write technical and end-user software documentation, testing guides, user guides, and job aids.
  • Lead and perform business upgrade activities, including business analysis, documentation, testing, and resolving issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of related experience.
  • Combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered.
  • PMI certification highly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Selection Process
