Job Opportunity

DeAngelis Diamond is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction management firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage all resources (people and materials) to ensure project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead project teams to achieve exceptional results and meet project goals.
  • Manage timely and proper payment processes with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with owners and design professionals.
  • Apply DeAngelis Diamond's standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Negotiate contract agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage project schedules, change orders, RFI, and submittal processes.
  • Present regular project reports to executive team leaders, including cost updates, schedule progress, and safety metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of winning strategies for Request for Proposal Responses (RFPs) and project presentations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, and Bluebeam.
  • Expert understanding of AIA construction agreements.
  • 3+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager or equivalent experience.
  • Successful project management experience with projects ranging from $1M to $25M.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong personal integrity and high ethical standards.
