MUST HAVE:

  • 3+ years of Subdivision Landscape Architecture experience (inhouse or firm)
  • 3+ years of AutoCAD experience
  • Good communication; ability to communicate effectively with clients/customers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once


NICE TO HAVE:

  • Photoshop, InDesign
  • Landscape Architect Certification*
  • Diverse projects; commercial, mixed use, residential, etc
  • Amenity landscape design (pools, clubhouse, etc)


DAY TO DAY:

The Landscape Architect/ Planner will be responsible for creating the landscape plans for the company's customers which are a mix between subdivisions, commercial, municipalities, communities, etc. This person will work closely with the VPs and eventually gain direct communication with select existing and new customers.

  • Prepare Rezoning applications, exhibits, and supporting documents
  • Prepare conceptual land use plans
  • Single-Family Residential subdivision planning / layout
  • Multi-Family planning / layout
  • Commercial planning / layout
  • Park / Amenity Design
  • Prepare landscape / planting plans
  • Coordinate and Organize Neighborhood Meetings
  • Attend Technical Review Meetings (TRC)
  • Attend and Present proposed development projects at Planning Board, Council, Commissioner meetings
