This is a temporary to hire opportunity, and a fantastic chance to join a well-known organization in a facilities admin role.

Responsibilities
  • Mailroom Management to include receiving, sorting and distributing mail and packages
  • Ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving of packages, utilizing appropriate tracking systems.
  • Coordinate and perform delivers within the office to the various departments
  • Maintain a schedule to ensure prompt delivery
  • Kitchen and Pantry management to include managing pantry supplies and inventory. Order and replenish pantry items regularly and maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Office Supply Management to include monitoring and managing office supply inventory, and placing orders for office supplies as needed
  • Assist with general office support to include setting up meeting rooms, assisting with office moves and maintaining common
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing packages, supplies, and office furniture.
  • Assist with events to include providing support for company events to include setting up and breaking down
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Former experience in office support
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items, with ease (lifting up to 50 lbs)
  • Professional Development: Opportunities for training and development in areas such as logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Proven experience working in shipping/receiving, stocking, or similar role. Experience with FedEx, USPS a plus
