Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our mobile apps that aligns with company goals and market trends.
  • Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for mobile app development, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, data analysis, and business priorities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including UX/UI designers, engineers, and marketing teams, to define product requirements and specifications for new features and enhancements.
  • Champion the user experience by conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to continuously improve app usability, performance, and satisfaction.
  • Analyze key metrics and performance data to measure the success of mobile app initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure timely and successful delivery of mobile app features and updates.
  • Lead the launch of new app features and updates, coordinating with marketing and communications teams to drive user adoption and engagement.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality and stability of mobile app releases, conducting thorough testing and bug triage as needed.
  • Provide regular updates and communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ Years as a Product Manager, with a focus on mobile app development.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, platforms, and technologies (iOS, Android).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Passion for mobile technology, user experience design, and delivering innovative solutions that delight users.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from 150,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to 170,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
