Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager at our facility in Bellevue, Washington to guide the development and delivery of best-in-class customer experiences.

What You’ll Do: 

Be the expert in the needs and value drivers of pet parents purchasing healthcare products for their pets, and their needs for a subscription product. Triangulate insights, with product usage data, industry/consumer trends and competitive insights to build, optimize and scale Autoship healthcare experience. Write requirements and use cases/user stories and communicate them effectively with business stakeholders. Define and analyze measures of success (KPIs) for new features and enhancements; transform these customer and business insights into clear requirements for product enhancements and new features. Develop and maintain a roadmap and prioritized product backlog ensuring product vision aligns with both customer and business goals. Create mechanisms to track progress and deliverables related to product/feature suite you own across tracks. Identify and proactively mitigate risks to project deliverables and timelines. Monitor performance of your product(s) and measure impact of product enhancements; communicate impact clearly across the organization and use to drive prioritization. Collaborate with cross-functional internal (and external) teams to deliver features with strong customer and business value. 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field and 7 years of experience. Will also accept a Master’s degree and 5 years of experience. Experience must include 5 years in: Microsoft Office software In-Demand; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Word; Manage information technology projects or system activities; and Collaborating with UX Research and CI teams to launch customer interviews, surveys, or other methods. Experience must include: Write requirements and user stories in tracking software (e.g., JIRA) and communicate them effectively with business stakeholders; Developing and maintaining a product roadmap and prioritized product backlog on tracking software (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA) ensuring product vision aligns with both customer and business goals; Project management software — Atlassian Confluence In-Demand; Microsoft OneNote; and Atlassian JIRA. 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted. The position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary range for a Senior Product Manager position is $167,156 to $215,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
