The Worldwide Returns and ReCommerce (WW R&R) division encompasses various teams, including business, product, program, operational, data, and software engineering, all working collaboratively to manage the lifecycle of returned and damaged goods.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Seller-Fulfilled Returns team. In this capacity, you will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, program managers, and operational partners to enhance the seller-fulfilled return process.
As a Product Manager, you will advocate for global Amazon processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and lead change management initiatives, testing, and content development for new seller-fulfilled return products on a worldwide scale.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in defining and driving roadmap strategy.
- Experience overseeing end-to-end product delivery.
- Familiarity with feature delivery and product trade-offs.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
- Proven track record in managing technology products.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- Experience collaborating across functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
