Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR generalist will provide dynamic support in HR related functions as well as administrative tasks.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Assist with the employee life cycle activities which include onboarding, new employee orientation, separation process, exits, etc.
  • Provides assistance with the recognition program and other initiatives that support the values of the company.
  • Collaborates with HR Center of Excellence to support employees at a local level.
  • Participate in our Company’s Sustainability initiatives and events and assists with sustainability activities.
  • With direct supervision by HR Management or Senior HR professionals, assists to coordinate or administer various aspects of the organization’s compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
  • Provides clerical hold-up to the HR department.
  • Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff.
  • Assists in food and beverage selection as well as makes arrangements for audio-visual, and other services.
  • May provide administrative support to groups/departments reporting to the General Manager.
  • Assists with employee separation documentation. Conduct exit interviews to provide insight into voluntary separation decisions.
  • Coordinate and communicate various training as needed which include Code of Conduct, safety etc.
  • Acts as an advocate to employees and provides guidance as needed.
  • Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, and coordinates related arrangements.
  • Coordinates several sites events such as employee BBQ, annual company party and other holiday events.
  • Handles other administrative functions which includes budget keeping, invoicing, ordering and maintaining supplies/equipment.



The experience we’re looking to add to our team:


  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource/Admin related function.
  • Employee relations experience
  • Onboarding/ orientation
  • Good communication skills
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Bilingual Spanish / English (preferred)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
