General Job Description

The Campaign Manager, FFL at Faith In Action (FIA) plays a pivotal role in advancing FIA's Faith for Liberation initiatives. This role leads FIA’s immigrant rights program, to build power towards national efforts for administrative and legislative relief for the 11+ million undocumented immigrants in the United States. The Campaign Manager is responsible for leading the design strategy and tactics in coordination with the Faith for Liberation staff, leaders, clergy, and allies across the network.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of FFL’s field campaigns including campaign coordination, strategy development, outreach, and evaluation.
  • Lead the design and execution of program’s strategy and tactics and drive day-to-day execution of the strategy and tactics across Faith in Action network staff, federation, leaders, and clergy
  • Grow FFL’s base by strategically increasing the reach of our campaigns, developing cohesive field strategies with affiliate network organizations, and supporting the development of digital strategies.
  • Manage strategic relationships with national partner organizations campaigning on immigration, enforcement, and criminal legal system reforms.
  • Elevate the organizing, participation and influence of directly impacted individuals, and their families within the network and in the movement
  • Build connections with groups focused on decarceration and police reform.
  • Manage and expand a professional development program for FFL organizers in affiliate organizations.
  • Build and manage an organizing steering committee team focused on achieving program goals
  • Drive allocation of resources across the national program aligned with strategic priorities, including geographic targets
  • Coordinates national messaging and communications for FFL
  • Manage key relationships within the Faith in Action national network to include federation directors, clergy leaders, and community leaders working on immigration
  • Effectively lead relationships with Faith in Action external partners including unions, organizing networks, faith-based leaders, and elected officials
  • Direct the coordination of trainings, workshops and presentations, assist in the gathering of key information from reputable sources and allies.
  • Direct the monitoring and reporting of all program outcomes and indicators to ensure program is meeting goals and outcomes
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education & Training

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in community organizing, social justice, or religious studies.
  • 5-7 years of experience in community organizing, faith-based advocacy, or related fields, preferably in social justice organizations.
  • Deep understanding of faith-based community engagement and social justice frameworks.
  • Proven ability to mobilize and organize diverse groups, build coalitions, and facilitate community-driven initiatives.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Proficiency in organizing events, campaigns, and advocacy strategies to drive social change.
  • Proficiency in Spanish
