4 Corner Resources is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator for a 1-year contract in the Lake Mary, FL area. This is a Hybrid schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. This role requires collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders to maintain accurate documentation and ensure contract compliance.


Contracts Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all contracts are in full compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of all contracts and related documents.
  • Process contracts efficiently and in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance contract management efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the contract administration process.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure ongoing compliance, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify contract accuracy and completeness.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on contract-related matters.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and other departments to support contract execution.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on contract processes and procedures.
  • Generate and maintain regular reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance.
  • Ensure all contractual agreements are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and internal reviews.


Contracts Administrator Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years as a Contracts Administrator.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is a plus but not required).
  • Proven experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Contracts Administrator Pay:

$20-25/ Hour


Contracts Administrator Hours:

Monday- Friday daytime hours

Hybrid schedule, 2 days onsite, 3 days remote (Onsite days flexible)
