Lifecycle Marketing Manager with an emphasis on driving Email and SMS marketing campaigns is needed for a direct-to-consumer telemedicine startup. This platform ties in telemedicine, health and wellness, subscription, and pharma. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will help build a world-class CRM program from the ground up while creating all SMS and Email campaigns for all stages of the customer journey, focusing on new customer acquisition and customer retention.

This Southern California based growth-stage startup is led by a strong management team of industry experts and the platform has a tremendous pipeline of customers enabling them to expand the team aggressively this year. The company is already profitable, with 8-figure ARR, and are growing over 30% per month. Founder/CEO has led several successful venture-backed companies and has a track record of mentorship and promoting from within.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating Email and SMS campaigns for all stages of the customer journey
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to drive customer acquisition
  • Drive outbound communication and website enhancements focused on customer retention
  • Utilize data segmentation to tailor email campaigns for different customer segments, ensuring relevance and engagement
  • Utilize A/B testing on all email campaigns to optimize messaging, design, and timing for maximum effectiveness
  • Work with design and product team for website enhancements that contribute to customer experience and retention
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement on future strategies.
  • Ensure that all email campaigns adhere to Telemedicine regulations and compliance standards

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • 5+ years of digital, email and/or CRM marketing management experience
  • Proven experience within the eCommerce, marketplace, or direct-to-consumer space
  • Experience running SMS and Email marketing campaigns from the ground up
  • Proven success in implementing customer acquisition and customer retention strategies
  • Experience with various marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools
  • Familiar with website analytics and optimization
  • Comfortable utilizing multiple analytics tools and working with multiple data sources
  • Innovative, go-getter, & “can-do” attitude with willingness to challenge yourself on new technology and concepts
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for eye design
  • Familiar with HIPPA compliance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Finance, Business or Marketing
