The Financial Services Professional will complete a variety of assignments across multiple platforms to support the department’s needs.


Job Responsibilities

  • Support of accounts payable transactional accounting functions for 15+ companies.
  • Analyzing transactions and data for accuracy and trends.
  • Developing and implementing solutions to eliminate data discrepancies.
  • Utilizing Key Performance Indictors to identify and implement ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for all payroll tax reporting activities, including compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. File and remit payments for local, state, and federal payroll tax returns.
  • Support of account reconciliation process in accounts payable and payroll.
  • Reviewing submitted W9, vendor information forms, and bank information.
  • Creating vendors/customers by inputting data in construction management software (CMiC).
  • Managing vendor email, requests, changes, and inquiries.
  • Verifying vendor banking information.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential third-party fraudulent activity.
  • Providing outstanding customer service


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of accounting related experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to clearly and concisely interface with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A motivated self-starter with a “Can-do” attitude.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to shift easily between priorities and projects along with managing multiple deadlines.
