About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for conducting audits of financial statements and internal controls, developing audit plans and timelines, and identifying and assessing risks and controls.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits of financial statements and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective audit plans and timelines to meet client needs.
  • Identify and assess risks and controls to ensure the integrity of financial statements.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Contribute to the development of audit methodologies and tools to improve our services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA certification or equivalent (or on path to obtain).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Audit, Assurance, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
