Kratos has an exciting opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO for a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, screening candidates, and handling hiring paperwork.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.Attract Candidates: Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates through job postings, social media, and networking.Screen Resumes: Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates for open positions.Conduct Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.Coordinate Hiring Logistics: Manage interview schedules, candidate communications, and the processing of hiring paperwork.Maintain Candidate Database: Keep accurate records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track recruitment metrics.Support Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to start their roles effectively.Required ExperienceStrong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managersOrganizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple job openings and schedulesHR Knowledge: Familiarity with recruiting best practices and recruitment processesExperience: Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferredProficiency in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Preferred Skills and ExperienceExperience working with Pereless ATSThe grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
