Kratos has an exciting opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO for a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, screening candidates, and handling hiring paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Attract Candidates: Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates through job postings, social media, and networking.
  • Screen Resumes: Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate Hiring Logistics: Manage interview schedules, candidate communications, and the processing of hiring paperwork.
  • Maintain Candidate Database: Keep accurate records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track recruitment metrics.
  • Support Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to start their roles effectively.

Experience and Skills:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple job openings and schedules
  • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with Recruiting best practices and recruitment processes
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with Pereless ATS

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education

Hourly rate of pay: $25-$30
