Technical RecruiterThis position is responsible for the sourcing and placement of new hire exempt and nonexempt employees for the Space & Intelligence Systems (SIS) segment of the organization. The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients is crucial to success in this position. To achieve this, the right individual must provide "World Class Service" to candidates and internal clients, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency. This position requires recruitment of all levels of talent, spanning multiple skill bases.In this position, you will be responsible for:The entire recruitment cycle including requisition creation/managementInnovative candidate sourcing through the use of all available methodsMaintaining an organized pipeline of active, viable candidates in each functional area assignedFacilitation of the screening, interviewing and selection processOffer negotiationsOngoing communications with managers and candidatesProactive tracking of progress and all work in our applicant tracking system (People Fluent)Qualifications:BA or BS degree with a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experiencePrior experience with OFCCP and other recruiting related compliance is requiredExperience with Applicant Tracking SystemsAdditional Preferred Skills:Experience recruiting/sourcing for highly technical engineering rolesExperience using People Fluent applicant tracking systemProven ability to technically evaluate/screen candidatesExcellent organizational and communication (written & verbal) skillsCustomer service, business professional oriented personSelf-directed team player, willing to take initiative and drive things to closureDemonstrated coordination, tracking, organization and time management skillsAbility to multi-task and stay on top of many projectsInternet savvyAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
