We offer training, consulting, and licensing services to help our clients successfully start and operate their home health care businesses.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bradenton, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Licensing Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the licensing process for home health care agencies. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing licensing requirements, communicating with regulatory authorities, conducting research, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and facilitating the smooth operation of our clients' home health care agencies.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret licensing regulations
  • Experience in licensing processes and requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities
  • Proficient in conducting research and staying up-to-date with industry regulations

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:

  • Previous experience in the home health care industry
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Duty Accreditation/Certification
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
