Customer Support and Experience Specialist

Position Title: Customer Support and Experience Specialist
Location: 100% onsite
Pay: $47k-$52k
Job Duties/Description:
- Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email interactions daily.
- Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback to identify areas for departmental improvement.
- Actively seek ways to enhance all customer interactions, both internally and externally,
- Adhere to HIPPA and FERPA regulations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Perform data entry for purchase orders received via e-mail, phone, fax, mail, and web, as required.
- Conduct ongoing testing and maintenance of ERP, Salesforce, and other customer experience applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary degree preferred but not mandatory
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Proficiency in computer use with a demonstrated capacity to learn new software programs
- Salesforce experience is highly desirable
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Capable of efficiently multitasking under pressure with accuracy
- Adaptable to a rapidly changing work environment
- Experience in data entry and/or account management is a plus
