- Candidate Management: Speak with candidates, gather information, and manage their expectations.

- Degree Educated: A degree is required for this role.
- Preferred Background: A sports background is preferred.
- Personality Traits: Sociable, confident, money-motivated, and goal-oriented individuals are highly desired.
