We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable administrative assistant to join our dynamic small business team. This part-time role (20 hours per week) will serve as a right-hand support, handling a variety of day-to-day operational tasks critical to our company's success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts receivable/payable and basic bookkeeping duties
  • Expense tracking and receipt management
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Customer service and problem resolution
  • Coordinating shipping/receiving logistics with warehouse staff
  • General administrative and clerical support as needed


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative/office experience
  • Strong multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Flexibility to take on diverse tasks as priorities shift


Additional Requriements:

  • Onsite presence required at our office location during scheduled hours
  • Comfortable adapting to rapidly changing needs of a small business
