Inside Sales Executive/ Certification Advisor


Job Purpose: To deliver the new certification sales and cross-sales targets of other products/services.


Accountabilities:

  • Delivering & Dealing with new enquires, providing clear, relevant andaccurate information
  • Following-up of both new and existing client quotations
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other products within thecompany portfolio
  • Carrying out regular follow-ups with existing client accounts to maintain relationships
  • Leveraging opportunities with existing clients through ongoingrelationship management
  • Coordinating sales effort with team members and otherdepartments
  • Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes withindefined timescales.


Supporting:

  • Liaising with Client Services and audit delivery teams in order todeal with general client enquiries
  • Contributing to improvements in the client experience andidentifying opportunities to improve conversion rates across theteam – working with the Sales & Marketing Director to deliver upon these.


Administrative:


  • Ensuring client records are maintained, using agreed system andprocedures, including ‘Activities’


Success criteria:

  • Achieving the monthly, annual, and rolling quarterly targeted level of new Certification sales and cross-sales.

  • An ability to manage workload to ensure client experience and conversion rates are upheld
  • An ability to work well within a team
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
