Job Title: Project Delivery Manager (Contract)

Location: Remote

Compensation: $40-50 per hour

Commitment: 60 hours per month (~15 hours per week)


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to join our team in a fractional capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of client projects, with a focus on CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure project deliverables are completed to the highest standard.

This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of multiple client projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, IT) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and optimize processes to improve project efficiency and delivery.
  • Ensure projects align with client objectives and company goals.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
