Position Summary:

We are in search of a dedicated and proficient IT Project Manager to spearhead the planning, coordination, and execution of key projects related to financial management accounting and desktop robotics application development. As a vital member, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with a variety of technical project teams, reporting to senior delivery leads and technical management to guarantee the successful completion and delivery of project objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and facilitation of technical project deliverables through BFO Technology teammates & delivery teams.
  • Promote and enhance communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Manage project dependencies, risks, and impediments, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
  • Align project execution and delivery with stakeholder expectations and requirements, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project artifacts, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other documentation as needed.
  • Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders, addressing any questions and concerns, and adjusting project plans as necessary.


Primary Skill:

  • Oracle SQL / PLSQL


Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in agile project analysis and delivery coordination, particularly for small financial technology applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
