Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring optimal project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering and 7 years of relevant experience, or
  • PhD in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification
  • Knowledge of TxDOT project requirements
  • Experience with MicroStation SS4 and Open Roads design software
