The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify and Walmart platforms, content management skills, and a knack for digital marketing. You don’t have to be an expert, but you MUST be willing to learn, work hard, and have a knack for all things digital
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize product listings on Shopify and Walmart.
- Regularly update product descriptions, titles, photos, and other relevant content to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Maintain high-quality product images that meet platform guidelines and enhance customer experience.
- Support and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Work closely with product development, customer service, and graphic design teams to align efforts with business objectives.
- Keep up with the latest e-commerce trends, platform updates, and digital marketing techniques.
- Help with customer phone calls and other duties as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Shopify and Walmart platforms is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce tools, SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing tools.
- Ability to update and manage digital content and photos effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking for engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Collaborative spirit to work with different departments and stakeholders.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Education:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
