Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects for NJDOT/NJTA, PANYNJ, and other public agencies.
  • Oversee all Construction Inspection projects, ensuring they meet financial goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Provide guidance to inspection staff and handle change orders, payments, and project closeouts.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, plans, and specifications for various construction projects.
  • Collaborate with client technical staff and project managers on technical approaches and project decisions.
  • Prepare technical and cost proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering, with a focus on transportation and construction.
  • Strong understanding of project management, contract terms, and conditions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
