Job Description

At RSM Facility Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our renovation and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a team of professionals to ensure successful project completion
  • Manage client work orders and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Assign vendors and ensure high-quality work
  • Evaluate and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Work flexible hours, including after-hours and weekends, to meet project demands

Essential Competencies:

  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Motivational skills to lead and direct a team
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of project requirements
  • Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and trade knowledge required

Requirements:

  • Degree with 3 years' experience in renovation or construction project management or equivalent
  • Monday – Friday work schedule with flexible hours
