We're looking for an experienced and accomplished Business Product Owner to join our team. You will collaborate with team members to ensure our products meet customer needs, deliver value, and achieve growth and efficiency in our logistics and marketplace operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners to define product requirements, aligning with our goals.
  • Develop the product roadmap, including prioritization of features and enhancements.
  • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements.
  • Lead product development from brainstorming to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead programs to modernize legacy or manual processes.
  • Collaborate with teams, including Operations, Data Engineers, and Business Analysts to ensure that product development is on track
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and inform product development decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in supply chain analytics.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to all partners
  • Develop appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role, with a focus on supply chain analytics products
  • Experience with supply chain processes and analytics, including inventory management and logistics
  • Experience working with teams, including engineers, developers, and data analysts
  • Experience delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI or ThoughtSpot.


This is a Full-time opportunity and is based on-site in Beaverton, Oregon.
