We are currently seeking a ERP Project Manager for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation project with one of our clients.
The role requires the Project Manager to be onsite at the Waterloo, Indiana location for a minimum of three days per week.
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Develop long- and short-term plans, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
Strong project and interpersonal skills are needed to effectively work with a large team in various locations.
Responsible for overseeing a D365 F&O project
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate tasks effectively.
Make informed decisions to progress the project efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact to maintain team synergy.
Communicate project progress to group leadership and align goals.
Ensure quality control throughout project development.
Adjust schedules and targets, as necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or management.
PMP certification.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Experience with ERP project Management experience.
A full life cycle Dynamics 365 ERP implementation is preferred.
Skilled in planning, risk control, and partner collaboration.
Proficient in Azure DevOps.
Capable of leading effective steering meetings.
Strong technical and resource management skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Duration: 6 months +
Rate: Open/Market rate.
