Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Aircraft Design & Integration Lead with over 10 years of experience to join our 777x team on-site in Everett, WA. In this role, you'll lead technical integration efforts, manage complex aerospace projects from design to production, and ensure seamless collaboration across engineering teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical integration of aircraft design projects, developing integrated plans and performance metrics.
  • Manage project schedules using Microsoft Project (MPP) and prioritize tasks along the critical path.
  • Oversee cross-functional projects across the full lifecycle of aircraft design, ensuring alignment with engineering objectives.
  • Lead the Airplane Level Integration Team (ALIT) and Change Control Board (CCB) for new engineering changes.
  • Facilitate the transition from development to production and ensure compliance with certification processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project success.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in aircraft design and integration, with a strong understanding of Boeing Commercial Aircraft products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in using Microsoft Project for schedule management.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
