Location: Various locations across Texas

Laboratory Managers oversee the daily operations of laboratory services ensuring efficiency compliance and quality in testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage laboratory staff including hiring training and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation.
  • Analyze laboratory data to improve service delivery and quality.
  • Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification in laboratory management (e.g. ASCP).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities.
