Key Responsibilities:

License Management:

  • Monitor and manage licenses across the organization.
  • Maintain a detailed inventory of all licenses, including expiration dates, usage, and compliance status.
  • Ensure that the company has adequate licenses, and avoid overuse or unauthorized usage.


Compliance Audits:

  • Conduct regular internal audits to verify compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Prepare and manage audit documentation, and coordinate with external auditors as necessary.
  • Identify and report any compliance issues or risks, and recommend corrective actions.


Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate regular reports on the status of license compliance.
  • Document all compliance activities, including audits, training sessions, and communications with vendors.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required


Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in license compliance, legal compliance, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of licensing agreements and compliance issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
