Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking for an Application Support Engineer to work onsite in Lenexa, KS. This person will be responsible for working with the company's core banking platform, Fiserv, and handling automation, escalations, and tickets upon rotation. This person should be familiar with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems and they will be operating in a ServiceNow environment to handle tickets that come through. This person will be responsible for anywhere between 5-10 tickets a day and will work alongside 10 other team members on ticketing rotation so they will be expected to handle these tickets at least once a week. They are looking for this person to essentially be the "glue" of the team, capable of handling a project, mentorship, or any collaboration of the team. This person would be hands on but also must be willing to help assist with the other team members.
