We are working with a financial services company in Clearwater that needs to add strong administrative professionals to their team in a trust administrator role. This role will require you to work with clients to handle financial transactions, maintain records, enter wires/ACHs, and ensure compliance with trust agreements.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role. The right person for this role would be someone from a trust department, financial institution, or investment firm.

Duties:
  • Handle reoccurring transactions, process payments to beneficiaries, and send wires/ACH.
  • Work with clients on gathering any information that is missing or wrong to maintain accurate records
  • Work with the internal team to follow the appropriate processes to verify and move along the financial transactions
  • Manage the compliance of trust documents

Skills:
  • Previous experience in a financial institution in an administrative and client-facing position is preferred
  • Excellent general computer skills
  • Strong typing/data entry abilities
  • Good general math skills
  • Enjoys working with people and using computer systems
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
  • Very detail-oriented and organized
