We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring new clients within the manufacturing, logistics, and professional sectors. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic hunter with a proven track record of driving new business and exceeding sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing, logistics, and professional talent sectors.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand our market presence.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our staffing solutions.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and enhance the company’s visibility.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience and successful placement of candidates.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the manufacturing, logistics, and professional talent markets.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of successfully hunting new business and closing deals.

  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and achieve goals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
