Audiology Associates of South Florida is seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist to join our dynamic team. We work with pediatric and adult patients equally throughout the week and are part of Florida’s Early Steps program, so our new team member will need to have a strong background and passion for pediatric audiology in addition to adult patient care.


A Day in the Life:

  • Establish rapport with patients of all ages and their families through educational counseling and developing personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s lifestyle and needs.
  • Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry.
  • Conduct auditory processing, newborn hearing screening (ABR’s and OAE’s), tinnitus, and cochlear implant appointments.
  • Fit and dispense hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in audiology research and technology.


Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program.
  • Current or eligibility to obtain Audiology licensure in Florida.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse patient, colleague, and vendor population.
  • Pediatric audiology experience preferred but not required.
