Description
- Lead and manage multiple complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and team members.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
