The Information Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations. This role requires a leader with expertise in cybersecurity, infrastructure management, software development, data management, and analytics. The IT Leader will ensure that the company’s technology systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with business goals, driving innovation and operational excellence.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization’s data and network. Managing threat detection, response, and mitigation efforts to safeguard against cyber threats.
  • Oversee security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability management processes.
  • Design, implement, and manage robust network architecture to support business operations.
  • Oversee cloud computing strategies, ensuring efficient and secure use of cloud services.
  • Manage data centers, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Lead virtualization initiatives to optimize resource utilization and flexibility.
  • Direct the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Ensure the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Mentor, develop, and manage IT staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans to support staff growth.
  • Coordinate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs and challenges.
  • Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high standards of service and support.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility. Oversee data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement and manage data analytics tools to provide actionable insights.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in IT. Proven experience in IT leadership roles with a focus on cybersecurity, infrastructure management, software development, and data management.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat management, and compliance.
  • Expertise in network architecture, cloud computing, data centers, and virtualization.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
  • Experience with databases, data warehousing, business intelligence, and data analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Software Tools (Operating System, Productivity Software, Project Management, Cybersecurity, Network Monitoring, Virtualization, Development, Data Management & Analytics).
  • Experience managing Network and Communication Equipment (VPN & Remote Access Solutions, Collaboration Tools, Secure File Storage & Sharing).
  • Experience leading Infrastructure and Hardware Management (Network Equipment, Servers, Backup and Recovery Systems).
