About the Role: Our client, a global law firm, is seeking (2) associates- a more junior (2+ years) and a mid-level associate with approximately (3-6) years of experience to join the firm's nationally recognized energy practice. The qualified candidate should have at least 3 years of energy transactional M&A or corporate experience deal experience drafting purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures and commercial contracts. Experience in the energy industry (especially regarding upstream, natural gas, and crude oil) transactions and midstream pipeline transactional experience is preferred. Additionally, the firm is willing to train a candidate with administrative FERC or general M&A experience, as this is a top energy transactional practice.
Hybrid work environment- with 2-3 days at home and the other days in the office. Great firm, solid mentoring and training. Consistent deal flow.
This firm may consider paying a signing bonus and full year-end bonus for top candidates PLUS
compensation is top of the market.
